Estimates Include
Rent for the selected dates and number of guests.
Charges: a damage waiver fee and a departure cleaning fee.
Tax: As applicable.
Deposits
A 50% deposit is required upon booking.
The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Payments by check or major credit card.
Cancellations
If you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival there is a 15% cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, reservation is non-refundable.
We encourage you to purchase trip insurance as unforeseen events can affect travel plans.
