Situated in Henderson, Nevada, Lake Las Vegas is an artificial lake created by a man made dam that consists primarily of dirt. Fed by Lake Mead this dam stretches across 4800 feet and scales 18 stories high. The 2 master bedrooms have king size beds complete with luxury linens and flat panel televisions. The third and forth bedrooms have 2 twin size beds in each room with the option for a king size bed if preferred and they also boasts a flat panel television as well. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and broadband internet access. Our luxury Master Bathroom includes a jetted soaking tub, and all of our additional bathrooms include linens and bathrobes with showers and vanity mirrors. We have a fully equipped commercial kitchen with maple cabinets, granite counters, stainless appliances, and a refrigerator with filtered water. The dining room overlooks Lake Las Vegas and seats up to 8 people at a large pub style table. Complete metropolitan Tuscany style decor, the living area has a HDTV flat panel television with high resolution and a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa. This property is professionaly represented by Sandy Vacations, LLC a family owned and operated business since 1999! Guest enjoy exclusive privileges on the South Shore Golf Course.

Overall resort is a ghost town. Golf course not functioning. Quite a ways from the strip. "Casino" is a joke. The actual condo was very nice. Batteries missing from remotes.

  This property is located in a resort centrally located between the strip and Lake Mead. Golf privileges are available on the private Southshore Golf Course on the south side of the lake. With a phone call to our office, we can book your tee times directly, unfortunately this guest never contacted us to ask about golf. The batteries have been replaced in all remotes.

The House was beautiful and very comfortable. It was well stocked with towels for the pool etc. A private pool was just outside the door which was so convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect property for our family vacation: Each child had a bedroom, and even better, they had their own television. The view from the balcony of Lake Las Vegas with the mountains in the distance, is a wonderful bonus to this beautiful property. The girls in the group also had a day of pampering at the Dolce Spa, and everyone enjoyed exploring Lake Mead which is only 30 minutes away. All in all...a great vacation at a beautiful and convenient location.

This was perfect accomodations for our Triathlon at nearby Lake Mead--6 of us in the tri! Great for cooking our own meals, excellent hot tub and pool and perfectly comfortable beds for us all. Very nice view of Lake Las Vegas for beautiful sunrise and desert vistas.

In general everything was pretty good. I love the location and the balcony views. On this stay there were a few things that were not up to the usual standards. The master bath shower floor appeared dirty, and several of the floor tiles were chipped or cracked giving it an uncared for, or over used appearance. All the bathroom towels were still damp on the towel racks and had to be put back in the dryer before use. Several over head light bulbs were out.

  Our arrival time is 4pm, however an earlier arrival without prior approval disrupts our housekeeping efforts to properly prepare the unit. We're disappointed to receive this complaint when every effort was made to accomodate your unexpected early arrival.
This property was great for our mini-family reunion. The amenties were great and we would definitely look to stay here again.

we noticed that you need to change the air filter in the hallway. also, we had a hard time figuring out where we could keep our boat on the last night- we ended up having to leave it at Lake Mead (the 2 options you suggested in your paperwork did not work out)

This unit is fantastic. We had everything we needed for the week, either in the condo or in the resort facilities. Every service and restaurant imaginable is a short drive from the resort and Vegas is less than 30 minutes away. For us it was perfect; close enough to go for dinner or a show, but far enough away that you weren't dealing with the usual Vegas crowds and traffic all the time.

The condo itself is gorgeous, well maintained and it has a beautiful view of Lake Las Vegas.
