  Great location but needs a little TLC. Could benefit from a deep clean and fixing things like the master bath shower, disposal and adding some key utensils, etc. in the kitchen.

    We're sorry we didn't hear from this guest during their stay. They left a note regarding the garbage disposal and shower on the counter upon their departure. Our team found that these items functioned perfectly, therefore it may have been an issue where the guest did not know how to operate these items. Had they contacted us during their stay we would have been happy to have someone assist them with these issues and deliver any additional kitchen items they may have needed. We're just a phone call away to assist you with any issues during your stay!

  Tthe unit was very nice. The location was great and the property was nice because it had a nice little pool and a great BBQ area. We enjoyed the beach a lot. Also we were with someone staying at the Marriott and we went to the pool there almost everyday. It was close enough to walk to the beach and shopping which was very nice. You do need a car though to try the other beaches and enjoy the sites of the Big Island.
  
  These were the few items that need to be addressed to make it super. The master bed is way too gave us backaches every night! The master toilet was running and needs to be repaired. The coffee grinder was broken.

  The only problem we encountered was with the WIFI -it didn't work the first two days. The problem turned out to be the cable modem supplied by the cable company. Once it was replaced, there was no problem.
  Otherwise, the condo came with everything we needed, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and all kitchen equipment. The condo is very spacious and located in an upscale community in Waikoloa Beach Resort. We didn't know what the property would be like when we reserved, not everything on the Web can be believed, but the description for this one is realistic. Advice: buy your groceries at Waikoloa Village (about 6 miles away); the groceries at Waikoloa Beach Resort are overpriced. There is free evening entertainment at Queen's Marketplace. Take the flashlight (supplied) with you, because the area is rather dark at night. See the sunset at the beach by the Mariott Hotel and walk the trail along the beach past the Hilton to the Fairmount Orchid. Also, visit Hapuna Beach a few miles away to see the big waves. At night, the stars are spectacular.

  We had four adults stay a week in January. We all had a great time. Location and the condo complex was nice. 2 small things, Wish the condo had a 42 inch or bigger flat screen in the family room. We had a family move in the condo above us, and the noise of them walking above did bother all of us.
  Overall we had a great stay, and would reconmend.

  Our condo was lovely, we had no major issues. We did have a problem with ants, that progressively got worse.If that was fixed, we would probably rent it again as well as recommend it to others.Sandy Vacations was very professional, courteous, and prompt
  when answering questions. The pool is very nice, and quiet too. Never crowded.

  The condo is in an excellent location with shopping very close by and great places to take long beautiful strolls or tough hikes on the Kings trail. The pool is nice but has a pool 'monitor' that is very strict with the kids. The condo definitely needs a few things. First of all, the bedrooms needs curtains, it's too light at 0530 in the morning. Second, the TV is so old it has a VHS slot in it. The neighbor had a 52 inch flat screen that they were watching the World Cup on. So if they put 2000 bucks in to the condo they could charge an extra 25 to 50 bucks a night. I would recommend it to a friend anyway.

  Thank you sandy for the wonderful condo! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the son was especially thrilled with the pool and we have some fabulous memories at hawaii. The condo was well furnished and all condiments were provided. Id recommend the condo to all my friends

  I called and left a message about a few little items so they could get fixed for the next party. Screen was pulled from screen door around the handles and bottom. Eventually came out when high wind occured. There seemed to be a wind tunnel when front door and back slider open at same time. Coffee grinder was chipped on top, coffee pot lid needed to be replaced, ice door not functioning (made ice, just would not come out of door). Still tho, just being attentive to details...WE LOVED OUR STAY!!

  Check in/out was easy. Just a phone call. Someone used our parking space for several days so we had to look for a visitor parking space, which some times was impossible. We had contacted the manager, but they put a notice on the car. If the people don't come to their car they don't get the message. I would recommend it all but the parking situation.

  What more could you ask for in a vacation rental? This villa is located in the prime area of Waikoloa Beach Resort. Our agent, Sandy, was patient and candid when I asked a myriad of questions before renting the property. We were pleased with all aspects of the rental process and were not disappointed with our choice.
  
  The villa has easy access, important to us because of mobility issues. It's a very short walk to the beautiful infinity pool and exercise room. We woke every morning to incredible lanai views of Mauna Kea, the world's tallest mountain (from its base below the ocean.) It's ironic to see snow on top of a mountain in a tropical setting, but that's one of the things we love most about the big island.
  
  We felt very safe in the gated resort property, which is beautifully landscaped and unusually quiet. The villa has plenty of space and extra amenities that we found perfect for us.
  
  If you rent this villa, or even if you don't, contact Sandy about booking excursions and activities. We saved some money on a snorkeling trip by booking directly from her website. Discounted activities are hard to find on the island, unless you're willing to take a timeshare tour.
  
  Check out this villa. You won't be disappointed!

  What a great stay! The location of the condo is perfect! Walk to the shops, walk to A-Bay...walk to/from the Mariott's Luau (open bar!). Super quiet at night and in the morning. The sunrises from the Lanai (with Kona coffee in hand) was spectacular!
