  We didn't have too much inner action with the property management as far as checking in and out. We got a little turned around as to where to go to check in and where our condo was but after the first day we got the lay of the land. The condo's blinds
  need to be replaced they were either missing slates or the blinds where sticking making them hard to open and close. My 6 year loved the tv in the room and the spa. I would maybe recomend tongs for bbq other than that it had everything you could need. The
  locks on the door are stiff they need to be lubed some times it was hard to lock and unlock the front door. The king bed was GREAT so comfy. We had friends stay over one night with us and they mentioned the mattress on the hide away was worn (you can feel
  the bars from the bed) but everything was so nice. We didn't know what to expect and we were pleased with how nice the place was as well as how clean the whole complex was. The grounds are so beautiful. We would most diffently come back and maybe try to rent
  a bigger condo and have another family stay with us.

  We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was great. The kitchen was a litte small, but it had everything we needed, including a coffee maker & a blender. The bedrooms were very spacious. The bedding was nice, different then the bedding it shows in the pictures.
  One bedroom had a bathroom in it & a balcony with a great view. The other bedroom didnt have a balcony but had ocean views as well, & you could hear the relaxing sound of the ocean! Also, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom in the hallway was nice &
  had a sky light which I loved, the only thing I didnt like was that the bathroom had carpeting which was a little different..(guess im used to tile.) The livingroom had a pull out couch which according to my son, was not comfy at all. But livingroom had a
  balcony with the best view ever, & this is where we would sit & have our morning coffee! You can also see the pool from balcony, which was nice. We would totally stay here again, we had an amazing time, only wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks again Sandy!

  We arrived at 3:50pm, 10 minutes I know. From outside the door I heard the vacuum on. However when I entered your maid and daughter were watching TV. They left shortly after. Inside we found large crumbs on the floor throughout and even an acrylic nail on the floor in the center of the through rug in the bedroom with the king size bed. All the pots, pans and dishes we used had to be washed prior to use, as there was dry food on them. The stove top had to been cleaned as it was greasy. Your utensils need to be upgraded. One of your large knives is broken inside the handle. The blade articulates up and down when you try to use it and we only found 4 steak knives from is obvious a set of six. A pair of togs would have been nice when BBQ’ing.
  On a personal note, I would eliminate the entertainment center, flat mount the TV to the wall and put the other components in the hall closet. It would make the living room space really big. But that’s just a personal preference.

  The condo was exactly as advertised overlooked the pool & Hotub. Right at the beach and property was beautiful. In location that was near stores and sights.

  We were generally satisfied with our vacation experience, however there were some things that could have changed an ok experience into a great one. First, the furniture and tv's are dated. They're ok, but just ok. The mirrored closet doors in one bedroom were cracked. The vertical blinds are not in good shape. The dishes were not particularly clean upon our arrival. The other units we've stayed at had their own bbq grille. The jacuzzi had a chlorine problem which lasted a couple of days. The views were great though!!!

    Thank you for this feedback, our housekeeping team has promptly addressed the cleanliness issues. There is a BBQ conveniently located at the nearby pool, this BBQ is maintained daily so it is certain to always be operational, clean and rustfree for your meal preparation!

• loved the location and the amazing views from the bedrooms. the condo could use a really good deep cleaning. the cupboards in the kitchen were pretty dirty and were packed with junk. so we didnt have much room to put our stuff.

  We didn't want to leave this place. It was everything we had hoped for and more! Great ocean view and breezes and just a very short walk to the beach. The condo was clean, comfortable and nicely stocked with all of the necessities. I would highly recommend this to families like ours with children of various ages. There was something for everyone. We enjoyed the beach,swam in the pool, soaked in the hot tub, dined at the pier, shopped and enjoyed coffee at the harbor and everything was within walking distance. The North Coast Village was very well maintained and everyone we met was friendly!
